Digital products – no refunds once delivery starts
All products in this store are digital (software, licenses, downloadable files), delivered immediately after payment by email and through Syrup Hub.
Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Romania: OUG 34/2014, art. 16 lit. m), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose that right.
Before adding a product to your cart you confirm that (1) you request immediate delivery, before the 14-day period ends, and (2) you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is recorded on your order.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once the download link, license key or Hub access has been delivered.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops future renewals. Payments for a billing period that has already started are not refunded.
Problems? If the product doesn’t work as described or you can’t access your download, email dariosebastianinq@gmail.com and we’ll fix it. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty digital content.
