1. How the monthly plan works

The monthly plan gives you a licence for the plug-in for as long as the subscription is active. It renews automatically every month, on the same day as your first purchase, at the price shown at checkout. Each renewal is charged to the payment method you used, and you receive an e-mail for every payment.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no notice period:

• on syrupvox.com/pages/manage-subscription, or from your customer account (Subscriptions > Cancel subscription), or
• by e-mailing dariosebastianinq@gmail.com with your order number.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date, you will not be charged again.

3. What happens after you cancel

No further payments are taken. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for; after that, the monthly licence stops working. Lifetime licences are not affected by cancelling a subscription.

4. Refunds

Payments for a month that has already started are not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to a refund: for example if the product is faulty and we cannot fix it, or if you did not give the consent described in our Refund Policy and withdraw within 14 days. 5. Price changes

If we change the price of the monthly plan, we will e-mail you at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before then if you do not agree.
